Induction Heating Equipment :
Induction Heating
Induction heating is used for heating precisely predetermined areas of electrically conductive materials, such as steel and other metals. Surface hardening, for instance can be preset to exactly the required depth and all parts in the following production batch will have the same characteristics since the repeatability of the process is excellent. The process consists of the coil producing an alternating magnetic field that moves that electrons and therefore produces heat.
